All For Metal Volume V Review | Infernal TV Album Reviews

Labels deserve as much support as bands. And one of the labels that all metal fans should support is AFM Records. This label has an awesome roster filled with rock and metal bands of every subgenre. No matter what kind of metal fan you are, there’s an AFM Records artist that you will like.

AFM Records regularly releases a compilation called All For Metal. This compilation features some of AFM Records’ biggest artist and even some of the newer and smaller acts. In 2018, AFM Records released All For Metal Volume V. This CD combo features awesome songs from bands such as Ross the Boss, Lordi and Rhapsody of Fire. The DVD features music videos from bands such as Gus G, Nocturnal Rites, and Leaves’ Eyes.

This compilation features some of my favorite AFM bands such as Nightmare, Gus G, Flotsam and Jetsam, and Ross the Boss. What I love about compilations is you have the opportunity to discover new bands. And I definitely did with this album! I loved bands like Dead City Ruins and discovered some cool German bands such as Stahlmann and Gothminister. I didn’t love all of the bands on the compilation, but I respect how AFM Records mixes up their roster and features bands from so many different genres.

My name is Stephanie Jensen. I started my career as a music journalist five years ago. I had the idea for Infernal TV when I realized I desired more creative direction. I enjoyed working with video, so I decided to create a video-based website for metal bands.
