Ingested Discusses Level Above Human and Hints a 2019 US Tour | Infernal TV Episode 14

Ingested is a rising band. Every album they release gets stronger and better. Their newest release, Level Above Human, is their best album to date. They have improved as a band and coined their own signature sound.

Ingested has only been a band for ten years, but they’re rising quickly in the death metal ranks. This English troupe now tours extensively all year, especially in the U.S. They gained a devoted following and we will only expect to see more from this band in the future.

I first saw this band back in 2016 when they were on the Summer Slaughter Tour. I interviewed the band and have been following them since. I even bought their album The Architect of Extinction because I was so impressed by their set. And they delivered another awesome performance on November 15 at Crowbar. As a headliner, you know the fans were there for Ingested. It was one of the craziest shows I’ve seen in a long time; plenty of moshing, moving around, and everyone was trying to grab the mic.

I’m looking forward to seeing what else this band will do!

I spoke to Ingested while they were on their headlining U.S. run. In the interview, they discuss the tour, Level Above Human, and what they can tell us about next year, and they even hint a U.S. tour.

My name is Stephanie Jensen. I started my career as a music journalist five years ago. I had the idea for Infernal TV when I realized I desired more creative direction. I enjoyed working with video, so I decided to create a video-based website for metal bands.
