Krisiun Discusses Mortem Solis and Touring

After over 30 years, it’s safe to say that Krisiun has become one of the most iconic extreme metal bands. And they’re not slowing down any time soon. On July 29, Krisiun will release their new album Mortem Solis. From what I’ve heard of Mortem Solis so far, this album definitely succeeds their earlier work. This proves that Krisiun is one of the rare bands that only continues getting better.

The Krisiun clan encompasses the brothers Alex Carnago, Max Kolesne, and Moyses Kolesne. I find it so interesting that Krisiun is a band of siblings making brutal music together!

I was able to interview Krisiun. In the interview, they discuss the writing and recording of Mortem Solis as well as their touring plans for this year.
