Miscreance Discusses Signing to Season of Mist and New Music
Miscreance is a band I discovered only a few months ago, but I quickly fell in love with its sound. They combine all the best qualities from 90s death and thrash metal—the technicality of Pestilence and Atheist with the aggressive aspects of Obliveon. The musicianship is amazing, but these guys are overall great songwriters and craft songs that will stick in your mind. That’s something that stands out to me in the extreme metal genre.
Miscreance signed to Season of Mist Records and re-released their debut album, Convergence. With touring, festival runs, and new music on the way, it seems that Miscreance has a bright future.
I spoke with guitarists Andrea Granauro and Tomasso Cappelletti. In the interview, they discussed the beginnings of the band, signing to Season of Mist, and new music.
