Hellwitch Discusses Annihilation Intercention and the Current State of Metal

Hellwitch is among the many legendary death metal bands from Florida. When they released their debut album, Syzygial Miscreancy, they unleashed an otherworldly blend of extreme metal that changed the genre—especially death metal guitar playing.

Hellwitch continues their legacy with their newest album, Annihilation Intercention. Even though they kept their core sound, Annihilation Intercention still sounds modern and innovative, with shredding guitars and explosive drumming that cuts you at the knees.

Infernal TV was able to speak to Hellwitch while at Tampa Deathfest. In the interview, they discussed Annihilation Intercention and the current state of metal.
