Embryonic Autopsy Discusses Plans for 2025

It’s no wonder why Embryonic Autopsy is off to a good start. The band was formed by vocalist Tim King, who’s also in the legendary technical death metal band Oppressor, and Scott Roberts, who has toured with nearly every band on the planet. What started off as a project quickly turned into a full-fledged band, with bassist Kenxi and drummer Marco Fimbres (who are also in Oppressor’s live lineup).

Embryonic Autopsy have one goal: to release 90s-era death metal. The two albums they released are mind-blowing, complete with guttural vocals, killer solos, and skull-crushing blast beats.

I interviewed King and Roberts while they were on tour with Nile and Six Feet Under. In the interview, they discussed the tour, the band’s history, and what they have planned for this year.

My name is Stephanie Jensen. I started my career as a music journalist five years ago. I had the idea for Infernal TV when I realized I desired more creative direction. I enjoyed working with video, so I decided to create a video-based website for metal bands.
