Embyronic Autopsy Discusses Rise of the Mutated

After only a few years, Embryonic Autopsy has come a long way. They released their newest album, Rise of the Mutated, ending the three-part alien trilogy. Rise of the Mutated continues with the band’s brutal sound, filled with guttural vocals, blasting drums, and pummeling riffs. As with previous albums, Rise of the Mutated features solos from Terrence Hobbs and James Murphy, and both go above and beyond what we typically hear from those iconic guitarists.

Now that the three-part trilogy is done, Embryonic Autopsy is only getting started. Fans can expect to hear more bludgeoning material, and Embryonic Autopsy has more tours and festivals underway, specifically Big Island Bash in  October and their upcoming tour with Nervosa and Castrator in early 2027.

I was able to speak to Embryonic Autopsy’s vocalist Tim King about Rise of the Mutated, ending the three-part trilogy, and their upcoming festivals and tours.

My name is Stephanie Jensen. I started my career as a music journalist five years ago. I had the idea for Infernal TV when I realized I desired more creative direction. I enjoyed working with video, so I decided to create a video-based website for metal bands.
